A registered member may add additional Q Reports to their personal database, and submit a claim in the case of a loss. The website will record and track the use the user makes of this website. My Jewel Vault has a variety of calculation devices and associated software programs, which assist us in calculating current values of jewellery items. The Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd may, at times, be subject to inaccuracies due to errors in trade journal publications, trade advice, software malfunction or human error.

The Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd will, at all times, look to rectify and correct any such problems or inaccuracies once it is aware of any such errors. In such cases it will do so in a timely manner. The Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd will bring any such errors to the attention of any affected party, so as to keep them informed and act in a clear and transparent manner at all times.

Whilst reasonable steps have been undertaken to ensure that information is free from error, the Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of material on this website; all information contained in a Q Report is submitted by participating jewellers (the term “jewellers” is defined as those suppliers of jewellery who have been authorised by the Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd to issue a Q Report to their customers).

All jewellery specifications which are listed on a Q Report are solely based on the information entered by the jewellers into the Q Report propriety software and transmitted via the web to My Jewel Vault website.

The Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd has not and will never physically sight nor handle the goods described within a Q Report and therefore cannot be liable for any mistakes, omissions or inaccuracies. Should such mistakes, omissions or inaccuracies occur, there are strict guidelines to rectify them – as part of the agreement jewellers have with the Jewellers Loop Pty Ltd.
The Q Report documentation published on the My Jewel Vault website is a copy of a Q Report publication. In no way has this report been modified nor adjusted from its original composition (notwithstanding the removal of that information which identifies the owner by way of name and /or address) in line with our commitment to privacy issues.
