Making a Claim
As you have experienced a jewellery loss you will need to
proceed in the following manner:
- Sign in
- Go to the Make a Claim section and fill
out the form provided.
- You will then be contacted by our Claims Consultants
to discuss how your claim will be settled.
One of the requirements on an item which is lost or stolen
is that the loss is reported to the police, and that a copy
of this report is faxed or attached to the claim when you
lodge it. The sooner we get this documentation the speedier
your settlement will be.
If your item has been damaged, you will be directed (where
feasible) to the original jeweller who supplied the item,
to view the damage; once again so that we can settle the
claim as quickly as possible. No police report would be required
in this circumstance. |
