About the Vault
As the name suggests my jewel vault is the storage of your
personal precious jewellery information.
Currently my jewel vault is storing the jewellery specifications
for items which have had a Q Report issued when the
item of jewellery was purchased.
To activate your personal jewel vault all you need do is go
to the “Create New Account” portal, enter your
unique Q Report number followed by your jewellery policy number
in the two separate fields provided. Both numbers are shown
on the page displaying the hologram in your physical Q Report
book presented to you.
As we have all heard stories about personal information being
accessed on the internet My Jewel Vault has created a protocol
whereby your name and any personal details - such as your address
- will never be stored online, nor will this information be
shown should you access your Jewel Vault to view your Q Reports.
A virtual copy of your Q Report will be seen. Once again only
your name will be omitted from this online version.
My Jewel Vault has two additional functions should your item
of jewellery be lost or stolen. It is through this web portal
that you would submit your
insurance claim, for that specific item which appears on your
Q Report.
To make a claim go to the “Make
a Claim” portal
at the top of the screen or click here and follow the prompts.
The second function of My Jewel Vault is that when it comes
time to renew your insurance policy , should you choose
to continue to protect your precious item, you will receive
a renewal notice asking you if you wish to insure your item
of jewellery for the following year. You will
be notified when this due date is approaching by mail or email. |
