If you are the recipient of a Q Report and are visiting this site for the first time we would suggest you go to Create a New Account and enter your report number and policy number (located on the page displaying the hologram of your Q Report) to register for your own private jewellery vault.

If you have an additional item of jewellery (for which you have received a Q Report) and would like to add this item to your existing account then all you need to do is go to Member Sign-in, enter your username and password and follow the prompts. You will then be able to add this report to your existing account.

If you have a jewellery loss or damage to your jewellery piece which is covered by a Q Report, you will need to register (as per the instructions above) before you can proceed.
